Please include the mobile number above when posting back to avoid processing delays.

Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be fully processed. Once your return has been processed, please allow an additional 4-5 days for your bank to post the refund to your account. The refund process often occurs much sooner - we give this timeframe as an estimate.

You can drop off your return parcel at a free 24/7 Australia Post Parcel Locker. Find a parcel locker near you. To use, on the electronic screen, choose "drop off", type in your mobile number, enter your verification code, scan your parcel, put it into one of the drawers that springs open, select "finish" on the screen. We recommend retaining proof of lodgement.
