7 Days of Free Returns

There may be times when you will need to return an item purchased from us. The benefits given by our Returns Policy are in addition to other rights and remedies you may have as a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Easy Return Process

Email hello@ergonaut.co within 7 days (inclusive) from the tracked date of delivery. 

We will send you a free returns slip and process a refund upon receipt of the item/s in their original condition. Alternatively let us know within 30 days of receipt for a store credit or exchange (if the item/s are available).

This policy is valid Australia wide. It does not apply to orders of multiple sizes of the same garment. If you're unsure what size to order, please email.

Gift cards cannot be exchanged or refunded. 

This policy is valid from the 20/3/22.

Quality assurance

Quality control is conducted on every single garment to ensure your pieces are in perfect, polished condition when sent to you.

If you encounter an issue with any clothing, please contact us.

Clothing return conditions

The item must be in their original saleable condition (unworn, unused, make up stain free, no animal fur etc). We cannot accept items that have been altered.

Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase. 

Ergonaut does not take responsibility for any lost parcels sent by the customer. It is advised that return parcels are sent via registered post in order to receive a tracking number.

Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be fully processed. Once your return has been processed, please allow an additional 4-5 days for your bank to post the refund to your account. The refund process often occurs much sooner - we give this timeframe as an estimate.
