We will send you a free returns slip and process a refund upon receipt of the item/s in their original condition.

Tinqo Box Jewellery
Tinqo Box offers full refund or exchange for change of mind on unworn, unused, undamaged items within 7 days of receiving the purchase. This does not include sale items. Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
Earrings cannot be exchanged or returned unless they are faulty due to health regulations.
Please be aware that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and Tinqo Box recommends getting a tracking number to ensure the items are tracked or refunded by the carrier in the event of theft or loss during delivery.
Clothing return conditions
The item must be in their original saleable condition (unworn, unused, make up stain free, no animal fur etc). We cannot accept items that have been altered.
Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase. Once your refund has been processed you will receive an email to notify you.
Ergonaut does not take responsibility for any lost parcels sent by the customer. It is advised that return parcels are sent via registered post in order to receive a tracking number.
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be fully processed. Once your return has been processed, please allow an additional 5-10 days for your bank to post the refund to your account. This often happens much sooner - we give this timeframe as an estimate.
