Returns Policy
Quality assurance is conducted on every single garment to ensure your workplace pyjamas are in perfect, polished condition when sent to you.
However, if your garment is faulty or defective, please email nicola@ergonaut.co within 14 days from the date of your tracked order arrival to organise a return.
Gift cards cannot be exchanged or refunded.
If you purchased between December 1 and January 10, you are still eligible for free returns - covered up to a maximum of $20. Applicable in Australia only. Limited to one free return per customer. Simply email nicola@ergonaut.co with your returns request and a returns label will be emailed to you.
Return conditions
The item must be in saleable condition (unworn, unused, make up stain free etc).
Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase.
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be fully processed. Once your return has been processed, please allow an additional 5-10 days for your bank to post the refund to your account.
